By creating an account, accessing, or using the Embedino AI platform workspace services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

Embedino provides an artificial intelligence platform to draft, edit, compile, and upload firmware source code. Hardware prototypes involve real-world electrical currents, voltages, and physical components. You are solely responsible for testing and validating any generated wiring layouts or code configurations on actual microcontrollers. Embedino is not liable for components damaged or short circuits caused by using generated configurations.

You retain all intellectual property rights to the custom prompts, projects, code files, and layouts created within your account console. We do not lock in your source code, allowing you to export or transfer it at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the cloud compile microservices, run automated spam scraping bots, or utilize the compiler for malicious purposes.
